new places / new ideas

So on Monday night my roommate, friend, and I were stoked to go swimming at the sou pool after a long summer break. As it turns out, its not open for intermurals anymore - figures.
Determined, we went to a few hotels before getting someone to let us use their room key to get into the pool at super 8. I've never been there before, the pool was small, but old with character. Needless to say we had a great swim, and it was not only literally refreshing but nice to be somewhere new. Ive always liked hotels for that reason, so clean and new feeling.
